Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is the easiest way to make certain your payments are on-time — which is why our customers overwhelmingly prefer this method of payment. Monthly premiums are automatically transferred from your bank account. There are no fees associated with this pay plan as long as payments are made on time. Pay by Phone or Mail

Pay by Phone is available 24/7 to make an ACH payment. You will need your billing account number, the authentication code from the top right corner of the bill and your bank routing and bank account number. If you require assistance, call our Billing Department at 800-955-0325 option 7, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm CST.


PremiumSync is a payroll reporting billing program available for Berkley Southwest Workers Compensation customers that allows employers to sync their payroll exposure to their workers compensation premium. SmartPay Solutions administers the reporting and payment processing on behalf of Berkley Southwest's PremiumSync program.
